New Member question about Kinesis Gold Silver

What are the member's opinion about the safety of buying Gold & Silver thru Kinesis? I am paranoid about storing metals at my home but like the idea of Kinesis keeping it for me in their vaults. I like their program ideas. Wanting to see other members experience with this before I place funds with them. TIA for your input
