Recommended U.S. Full-Service Brokerage Companies

Seeing if anyone can recommend a U.S. full service broker that will except transfers of OTC listed shares purchased as part of a private placement. My current broker TD Ameritrade, will only accept DRS transfers of shares listed on the NYSE or NASDAQ. Thanks for your reply.
