How to Sell Physical Cobalt ?

Hello, I am totally new to this ... but through a contact I may have access to Cobalt concentrate, FOB through the port of Dar es Salaam. Does anyone know about this or is familiar with Cobalt trading that would be willing to help me with a few pointers ?
