JPM buying London Metals Exchange (LME)

Anybody else see that JPM plans to buy MF's former stake in LME? As most members here know, there is a great deal of speculation that JPM's "influence" in the LME market is already quite nefarious. Gee, now that they will be the largest single shareholder, I am certain (sarc) that the exchange will be promptly looking into suspect trading activities.

I welcome comments / insights of others that are educated on the matter.
