Thoughts on the stability of SLV and AGQ

Hi, New to the trading arena, I am hearing conflicting information on the stability of SLV and AGQ, especially in light of any end to the alleged silver price rigging by the large banks etc. A few weeks ago the OIL ETF DTO disappeared and stop trading suddenly, does anyone think that this might happen with SLV?

What does the group think does SLV have the silver it claims - why or why not. Any other factors to consider when trading in SLV or Agq?
