It was a late night and an early morning. The end result is this later-than-normal morning update. We'll try to keep it brief and then look to recap things in today's podcast.

There were no economic datapoints today but, if you check the calendar on the TFMR homepage, you'll notice that Goon Bullard was scheduled to speak. Recall that Goon Bullard has lately been the most ridiculously-hawkish of all Goons and he let off some doozys today!
