Can anyone point me on the direction of where I can get info, and/or learn about precious metals futures?

I am a novice and mostly clueless when it comes to using precious metals futures, oils futures, puts and calls with stocks, and T-bonds, bills and notes. I want to learn about them and decide if I think I should do them.
