Not metals related...but WHAT THE HELL are these noises being heard all over the world?

https://www.abovetopsecret.com/forum/thread801167/pg1 is just one example. Rense.com has many many more vid clips from all over the planet. Thoughts? I have talked to 2 people who have heard them, one in Costa Rica and one in Calgary. Some are fake I am sure, but I am equally sure these are really happening. Thoughts?
