Prepping for war.
I'm not prepping for a situation where I will need a gun, in my situation the gun will be provided. I'm prepping for the usual outcome of these kind of scenarios. Economic crises = war.
Where will it start? Who will be the main players? Projected outcomes? Alliances?
I see the UN as history viewed the league of nations. I see Putin back in power, I see America expanding its empire, I see the eurozone wanting to make a humanitarian stand.
I see the population explosion and the grab for energy, food and water.
One more generation takes us to a level of populous we cannot imagine.
Where will the fight be fought? Who will fight it and what will we fight over?
What can we learn from similar situations in history? What can we expect for our children?
IMHO the war has already started, America grabs oil in Iraq, also unknown commodity deposits in Afghanistan. China is buying farmland in Africa and commodities globally. (mountains, mines etc) The Eu is moving into the middle east, (Libya) and the Uk is exploiting its pull in the falklands. (Oil exploration) Russia is moving its energy distribution to exclude central europe and the middle east is being destabilised by all.
I will provide links to these claims when I have time. (It's 4am here and I'm up with the kids tomorrow/today) but I am interested to hear any viewpoints for the future outcomes of the geopolitical strategy you see unfolding.
Buying a gun will not aid you in the world we are coming to. What are your strategies for avoiding what will be the bloodletting of history?
let's remember, WW1 was the war to end all wars. Before WW2 we believed technology was too far advanced for us to fight. Where are we now? What effect will the internet have? What about nukes? NATO? Israel?
Some of the questions I have. I have to go to bed now, I will be an active contributor to this thread. Hope to see many here, our future is happening right now. History is being written.
