It was a sea of red today in the commodity sector as an overnight smash in China extended over to the U.S. The S&P was unaffected and higher, of course, but every commodity was smashed from 1-4%. Just another day in the barrel for those of who have suffered too many similar beatings over the years.
Alas, all is not lost and, in the end, it's just a day. Prices have fallen to support levels and are likely to recover from here. But man oh man, days like these sure can leave you angry and frustrated.
