John Soltez

John Soltez is a trader and the author of the critically-acclaimed novel, Only in America. A veteran professional writer, he's also authored articles on trading and finance for the Gold-Eagle site. John's originally from the Pittsburgh area (and remains a Steelers fan to this day). A graduate of the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University, John moved to New York City in the 1980s. There he became a classic "Mad Man," writing copy for such notable advertising agencies such as Ogilvy & Mather. He still resides in New York.
