Does ONEGOLD remove physical silver

If I add more silver to my ONEGOLD account will that remove physical silver available for the BBs to use for shorting to support the silver squeeze? Also, I find it interesting that mints worldwide are shutting down or canceling orders. Conspicuously absent in these reports is the RCM where I believe ONEGOLD obtains and stores their metals. What if the RCM shuts their doors to new orders. How would that affect ONEGOLD accounts?
