Help: Gold Silver bullion dealer premium tracker website?

Somewhere on here somebody mentioned (in a blog thread I think, could be a forum though) a dealer premium tracker website. I.e. a site that tracks current prices and premiums on popular bullion and coin items.

I meant to bookmark it at the time but didn't and now it is buried somewhere on here.

Any help is appreciated finding that link.
