Seeking feedback on chart inside.....

Hey Everyone

I am seeking feedback on the chart below. I have my opinions, but I am curious about the opinions of others. I have removed all references to "what" is being charted, and all indications of price. I am seeking chart analysis only, and do not want to add bias. If there is any interest, I will eventually reveal "what" is being charted (obviously, it is a publicly traded company).
