Real Estate Forum?

Please correct me (or show me) if I have overlooked the forum topics, but I could not find a forum related specifically to real estate. I know there are several very knowledgeable people on this forum that would be able to contribute greatly, and might even help educate people looking to get into real estate for investment purposes or family reasons. Plus, with all of the robo signing scandals, foreclosures, a plummeting housing market, etc. there may never be a better time to capitalize on some great investment opportunities.

Please advise.
