Which "silver guru" is Don Harrold talking about in this video?

Like him or hate him, this guy has been one of the few that's been accurate in his calls on silver- he bought all the way up and got out before the huge crash. He put it out there in videos for all to see so no one can deny the facts.

In this video, Don Harrold announces that he is getting back into silver since sentiment is overwhelmingly negative and even so called "silver gurus" are bailing out.

He also mentions a well known "silver guru" who recently announced to his email subscribers that he is out of silver, has been wrong about it and is now selling his own PERSONAL stash. I'm just curious, does anyone on here know who he is talking about?
