When all else fails seek a higher authority! Muni-bonds are about to burst.

Harrisburg has an annual budget of 58 million with a deficit of $3.5 million. They also owe $220 million in bond issuance, totaling $18 million a year. Almost 1/3 of the budget! This will be more and more common across the USSA, though the response will probably not be the same. Unfortunately God punishes corrupt souls (either in this life or the next) and I am sure there was plenty of corruption in Harrisburg. Pray all you want my friend, but you reap what you sow.
