Which Party Spends More?

I pulled this chart online and the photoshopped it to reflect which party was in power in congress at a given time.

People often blame president's for the debt. Personally, I place culpability with congress. I think this chart clearly shows that it's not specifically one party or the other that is the problem, Congressional Republicans and Democrats alike have a rabid credit card addiction.
