Gold et al have taken a hit .... because there is no 'yield' ..... how would the bankers earn a 'living' if everyone bough real hard assets....... The bankers simply HAD to control the price of assets..... else gold et al would be 4-5 (?) times the price ....... and housing would be 1/4 the price ....... and most banks would be insolvent........ They HAD to control the price any way they could.

If prices rise .... it's the bankers observing the market.

If prices fall ..... it's the bankers controlling the 'market'.
